Why are wonder picks not shuffled?

so I was looking for a different language card Sabrina, when it did shuffling animation int didn’t and the Sabrina was in the same place so I got it <3 but anyways it might be a bug

  I mean they are shuffled but like all shuffling goes there is still a small chance all the cards are in the same position plus it’s also not that rare to have a single card in its original position

  How many wonder picks have you done? if you had done 4 or 5 you would see that the cards are obviously not always in the same place... there's 1 in 5 chances that it happens so it can happen, but not every time.
