Do you think that the new mobile game pokemon TCG pocket will add in megas and EXs, V-Max, and GXs, and all of that?

Probably.
It is essentially the Pokémon TCG's version of Yugioh's Duel Links. That started with a very basic roster of cards and mechanics, but eventually added all of the modern cards and mechanics until it was essentially the same game with a smaller deck and field.
They need to keep adding new cards and features to keep people interested. Why not implement features that have already been designed and successful in the main game.
