Did you give Live permission to use your camera? If so, you can do the following steps. If not, go turn the camera permission on for the app in the settings app on your phone/tablet. Here are the steps to scan the QR codes on the code cards.
- Open TCG Live
- Go to the shop
- Go to the "Redeem" tab in the shop
- Start scanning
If you're talking about how to scan a physical card you want in the game, however, you can't. Hope this helps.
