How to solve error 103-007-06n1?

I'm having troubles whit this error, it said "need to reauthorize the access to nintendo account" but then it says it's unable to connect to nintendo (but open a secondary window, and open correctly nintendo authorization page) I can't solve it, neeed help, I'm unable to play
