I really like this list, but a few small changes I would make would be to include 4 Arven as rare candy is crucial, and I don’t think handheld fan is a good choice because gengars attack is plenty energy moving, and maybe replace handheld fan with bravery charm or hero’s cape because we want to get the full effect of Arven.

Interesting choices! I usually prefer running 3 Arven and one 1 Jacq in decks with several evolution lines. I will definitely consider your advice, though. The handheld fan is good in combination with Gengar and its attack, especially in the late game when energies are scarce on both sides.
