Why Pokemon Evolution Kalos Region First Partner can't into to Dynamax (Gigantmax) in Galar Region?
Sorry, I have question about Dynamax or called is Gigantmax or also G-MAX had found in Galar Region.
Why Pokemon Evolution First Partner from Kalos Region, such as Delphox (Evolution from Fennekin and Braxien), Chesnaught (Evolution from Chespin and Quilladin), and Greninja (Evolution from Froakie and Frogadier) can't into to Dynamax (Gigantmax or G-MAX)?

Not all Pokémon can be used in Sword and Shield (the only games with Dynamax and Gigantamax). There are a lot of Pokémon, who even if you try to bring to SW/SH using Pokémon HOME, cannot be brought there (and also, cannot be found in SW/SH, making them impossible to get. They are also not even coded in the game).
The Kalos starter Pokemon (the First Partner Pokémon and their evolutions and forms), cannot be found anywhere in Sword and Shield, and if you try to bring them to the game using Pokémon HOME, it will not let you as they aren't even coded in the game.
This means that they cannot be Dynamaxed or Gigantamaxed because it's impossible to use them in the only game that has those things.

It's because Dynamax and Gigantamax hog the majority of the memory.
