how to create a deck
So I've been playing for a while now, but I just haven't been able to make a good functional deck. I feel like part of it is not having the best cards in my library on Pokémon Live, but I definitely think its also just a knowledge/skill issue.
I tend to start with one card I try to build around, but I was wondering if there is a better way to start.

I recommend starting with Miraidon ex or Charizard ex, both are great decks with low skill floors and high skill ceilings. I will try to provide some good lists in a different post.

Try out your decks in casual, you'll see more varied decks against you and can pick up some good ideas. As an example I borrowed a Grand Tree idea from an opponent, stuck it in a feraligatr deck and trebled the decks win rate.
