Given this is under the Anime category as opposed to Video Games, it's hard to say. Some have gotten way more screen time than others and most notably in Generation 8 with Dragonite + Gengar + Charizard. Even Gen 9's Horizons gives Charizard more screen time. Overall, I'd have to go with Charizard on this one. Be it Ash's Charizard on Cinnabar against Magmar all the way to Gen 8 and Leon's Charizard.
