I don't think TCG Live section is pretty toxic, this forum came up with TCG so at the beginning was just TCG players here and since the new game was a complete desaster people used this to post their complains.
The game has improved a little but it's still not good enough, still has a lot of bugs and missing a lot of previous existing features... so you will see a lot more complaing and frustation there.
There is also the most anoying person posting there (you know who), but that's it...
So I would remove that toxic section of your post, because it's not true... and maybe explain the situation... beacuse in general virtual/phisical TCG people are actually very helpful and it's a fantastic community, even in this forum.
