The problem with masters EX

Honestly the only problems in my opinion this Anniversary are the lack of F2P gems and everything about the Arc suits. 5/5 sync grids despite being harder to get than Master Fairs and only upgradeable with yellow candies. 500 scout points (that's around 12K more gems needed). Literally just insanely overpowered and overpriced recolours of the original characters. And all we get for the entirety of this ANNIVERSARY month is 25K.

At least we got Sygna Suit Lear (though I wish he stayed scoutable for more than 2 weeks since he's a Master Fair), amazing upgrades for regular Lear, Rachel, and Sawyer, and the Pasio region theme skill. I love the game's original characters a lot, they're all really fun and interesting, plus, they're unique to this game. I really want more about them since I doubt we'll ever see them in any other game, while Cynthia and Red will get at least 300 more appearances in mainline games and even unpopular characters will reappear or be mentioned in remakes and sequels.

Also, Lillie and Solgaleo are pretty strong for a free character I guess and I like finally having a Steel zone setter without needing to scout for characters I don't actually want, but I'd have preferred it if they'd just given us enough gems to even get a singular Poké Fair this anniversary. They just gave us 25K for the entirety of this anniversary month that has 5 Master Fairs (counting the worse Arc Fairs which need even more gems).
