How can Charizard ex hit a 360 without prize cards taken?

This just happened to me; he could play this card very quickly and I was playing with a good deck. The player's name was Challanger2016. Can someone answer this question it clearly says on the Charizard ex that "This attack does 30 more damage for every prize card your opponent has taken". He had 6 prize cards and I had 6 prize cards. He should only be hitting with 180 not 360 or am I wrong? Can you cheat this easy on the new Pokémon live trading card game?

P.S. Why can't we trade?
