Battlepass daily quest

I have just started playing Pokemon TCG live and there is a daily quest to battle professor 7 times and I don't know how to?

    That shouldn't be a daily quest, you are probably talking about the 1st time you play the game tutorial?

    This is a known bug that effects some people. Below is the test from the Tracked Issues Post:

    • Players are occasionally unable to hit the Collect button on the ‘Battle the Professor’ quest within the Battle Pass during the First Time User Experience. 

    I believe this has been an issue for a long time & there is no known fix. If you have only been playing for a week, you may need to delete your account & start over. Otherwise, I do not believe you can ever collect the rewards for the second daily challenge. (Of course if you migrated an older PTCGO account, I am not sure that you have any good options.)
