Some cards not showing up after migrating from online to live, will they come back?

Just as an example my shiny Grimmsnarl V card was not migrated over but I got my shiny Grimmsnarl VStar? Some of the fullart trainers I had were not migrated over either, I'm rather upset that these weren't migrated over as I really liked some of the cards I had. Are there plans to add these back and will they be given back to people who once had them before migrating?

Some cards have the same name. So click on a regular Grimmsnarl V, then click on the drop down menu that is labeled available. Should come up, "select a card rarity".
