In Let's Go, one of the partner Eevee's special moves is "Baddy Bad". The move description says Eevee acts bad. All the attack does is show Eevee shouting out and some energy emanating from it. Any ideas on what Eevee could be doing to act badly so quick there?

It says a bad word in Pokémon language, and the other Pokémon is so shocked such a tiny baby creature would say something like that it loses HP.
