Why customer service refuses to answer?

    The second employee just said the same as before, that having extra accounts is against ToS. But I have deleted all extra accounts and yet they no longer acknowledge it. Contacting customer service is pointless because they will never answer again.

    Just play the game, then.

    You have done what you can to comply with ToS.

    If you stop playing, you might as well be banned anyway.
