I didn't know whether to choose Aerodactyl or Eevee, but Eevee is so popular I'd be genuinely surprised if it doesn't win, so I choose Aerodactyl since it's a little underrated.

Don't read my comment unless you want Gen 1 spoilers!
From all my playthroughs, Dugtrio is the best answer for Gym #3's Raichu. Its the most clean and effective way and as long as you aren't doing a Nuzlocke it'll make your life easier.

Anyway, Eevee is very cute and everyone usually has at least one evolution that appeals to them, but Aerodactyl is so cool and has had competitive relevance over the years.
