    The Ryhorn line was bizarrely instrumental in the very first Pokémon games. To the point that the default sprite that you see everywhere in game was Rhydon.

    I liked Paras, and I had one on my team back in the day, but having learned more about the mushrooms that inspired it, I am now disgusted and terrified by it.

    I think Paras has by far the better design because it is inspired by something with a story. When remembering about the Ryhorn line, do they get more menacing? Well paras evolves into a full blown Parasect. That's evolution baby. Sometimes it isn't all sunshine and rainbows.
