Am I allowed to play or not?
I was told to delete my extra trainer club accounts. I did that and customer service said that Im now in compliance with terms of service but then another service agent said that Im not. Which one is the truth? Customer service refuses to answer. Ive waited over a week.

Multiple Pokemon GO accounts on the same phone violates the game's terms of service… as Pokemon GO prohibits a single player from using multiple accounts on the same device. But as far as I know they don't bother much about that unless it's an extreme abuse (I know about people using a lot more accounts in the same device that never had any trouble).
That said, this is just forum if you already contacted the suppoort that's it... you will not have your issue solve in here, you have to keep talking to them and hope they allow you to play again.
