How do I report a player for cheating if the match disconnected before I could report?

I am currwently on stream and my match had major lag. I understand having bad connection but this match I have on stream was pure cheating like it claimed to disconnected but brought me back to the lobby and counted the match as a surrender. I'm of this happening and being able to report
