    i picked Litten because fire/dark is a cool typing but Decidueye is the best Pokemon for having False Swipe.

    Litten has always been my favourite, it was the first starter I chose on my own, and it's adorable. My first game was X but I always got used and finished games and only learnt how to reset when I got Sun. Rowlet is still cool though, I got a shiny one in Moon a few months ago.
