    Caveat: They are not hiring professional game players and idea havers. They are hiring people who have relevant skills, all of whom have their own ideas already.

    You are not going to walk in day one and say 「これがよいポケットモンスターゲームの作り方だよ！」and have them remake the franchise according to your vision while you knock off around the back to eat all the Pokémon senbei.

    Either way, @TheJeffers , I think it's good to give it your best shot.

    I won't waste an employment opportunity by handing it to overzealous ideas-men like @MajorBrendan or @FallenFurfrou (me, ironically) — I believe in you. I believe that if you can play your cards right, then you may have an actual shot at TPCI — even if it's just a short stint.
