Are they going to put a no rule mode in ranked?

They nerfed it with a ban list of cards.
Kinda makes those cards not worth existing. At least can play on expanded beta.
Kinda got the popular decks ready like Charizard ex on the net. Can't use it anymore.
Game is time consuming. Kinda want a mode for a quick thrill. Idk option rule mode. With a list of rules.

Witch cards you're saying were banned? Do you mean rotated cards? or do you mean BW and XY not being playable?
Why can't you play popular versions of Charizard ex? What exactly prevents you from playing it?
In what way the game is time consuming? And when you say "a rule mode with a list of rules" do you mean something like Mahone's GLC?
