Why are some cards unable to use like when I load up tcg live why does it always have three unavailable cards

  Please someone help me I would really like to use these cards(someone like Techhog please answer this)

  The three cards the game shows when it loads are cards with game breaking bugs, they'll be playable again once those bugs are fixed.
