Which pokemon am i describing with this riddle?
I evolve from some guy from gen 1, when it becomes to heat, i am gone. I play in cold temperature, that is what i love, i can make ice in the sky, somewhere above.

Mr. Rime is the only Pokémon I can think of that fits this. There's also A. Ninetales, but A. Ninetales is a gen 1 mon (yes, I think even the Alolan form counts as a gen 1 mon as it's still the same Pokémon, just in a different environment) and the way the riddle is worded implies that although it evolves from a gen 1 mon, it itself is not from gen 1.
