New Pokemon Snap!

You catch photos of many different Pokémon in many environments. Your photos get graded by a professor whose name I forgot based on things like the size of the Pokémon in the photo, if there are other Pokémon, what pose the Pokémon was making, etc.. You can throw apples at a Pokémon for it to eat or play music and more to see how different Pokémon react, and possibly boost the score the photo gets. It's fun, I liked it. There's lots of other things in the game too but I'd rather not spoil anything.
