Red & Green Arrows

Sometimes when playing, red and/or green arrows will appear on a Pokemon. What do these indicate? Thank you.

It's buffs/debuffs for pokemon. For example, Hisuian Goodra Vstar with it's attack which reduces incoming damage by 80 will appear as a green arrow. But if a path to the peak is in play, which removes abilities from rulebox pokemon, it will appear on the Goodra as a red down arrow.

Adding to what kot said, it also shows possible actions. If the pokemon has an ability you can activate, it shows as a green arrow. If you already used it's once per turn ability, it shows as a red arrow.
