Who is the Worst Legendary/Mythical Pokemon? (Design wise)

As much as I love gen 5, I think the legendary trios are some of the weakest in Pokémon, in part because at that point we already had too many legendaries and trios.

The Swords of Justice aren't too bad, just a little boring. But the kami look like pallete swaps of a design that I don't find all that great to begin with.

Enamorus is a particularly bad addition, being worse than the original design and not really fitting the theme of the original trio.

I also don't like Eternatus, in part because of its ties to Sword and Shield's nonsensical plot, but also because I do not like the design nor do I understand its inspiration or how it fits into the world.
