paid Membership & Gem store disappeared?

Hi,

With the new update i'm no longer able to claim my rewards of the paid membership that i have on my nintendo switch pokemon Unite. also the Gem shop to buy gems with money is also not working. i get the error. 'In-game purchase restricted'.

I never had this before and i was alwayse able to buy gems until the last update.
now i'm scared that i can not buy enough levels for the battle pass to get all te rewards. as the battle pass ends in a few days. i'm stil able to use the prize machine and other in game clothing shop functions and game modes.

what i tried:
- empty cache
- reinstalling the game
- updating switch and game
- restarting switch and game a few times

I'm from The Netherlands and above adult age. and before you think about region restrictions, there should be NO restriction or region block on this game. as we dont have a Rule against loot boxes, gacha or prize machines in our country.

Please fix this as soon as possable because i paid for my membership and i'm unable to claim my rewards. or to buy any gems in the store.
