Is getting free codes possible? How do players get their decks super strong?

You can get free codes when people do giveaways in instagram, youtube, reddit, etc. or as prize for the top places in many limitless tournaments, etc.
The best and easier way to make a deck stronger is take ideas from the top decks in tournaments.

for making a strong deck, I recommend finding a deck that placed well in a tournament and changing some cards, I actually modified a Dragapult ex deck that placed well in a City League to suit my play style. As for free codes, many Twitch streamers give them away for channel points or as giveaways.
