Using Abra (twm) to end games on first or second turn?

Soo.. this is only a theory, but because of abra’s ability, if it is your only Pokémon at the start of the game (in active spot, and no Pokémon on bench) , whether your opponent goes first or you do, you can use the ability ((Ability — Teleporter
Once during your turn, if this Pokémon is in the Active Pokémon spot, you may shuffle it and all attached cards into your deck.))

What are your thoughts on it?? And also a major question: if you did that, would your opponent win, or would it cause a sudden death match? (Keep in mind in this scenario no Pokémon have been knocked out by you or your opponent) 🤔
