Serperior, Cinderace, and Empoleon will NOT be the starters of Legends: Z-A because Game Freak would most likely make Megas for other starters. My guess is Mega Torterra, Mega Skeledirge, and Mega Primarina.

  I think we won't get Piplup. Empoleon is too French, even for the region based on France. And also too obvious.
