do you think you can use forretress ex with raging bolt

Sure there are ok deck lists with those two together, it can work but it's not the most successful Raging Bolt ex build.

To partner with Teal Mask Ogerpon ex as proven to have better results… but if you want to try Bolt/Forretress you could try this list, to me it's a descent rogue deck (don't expect to win a lot with it tho):
