what pokemon am i discribing with this riddle?

i live in a group which a huge pokemon crowd, when i am am alone, i scream extremely loud. I am normal and flying and in the 2nd position of my three-pokemon-evolution-line, i’m proud to be from hoenn, to be me is superfine!
