You talking about those code cards you get from packs and such?
Once you open the app, on the main screen, click "Shop," then click "Redeem." There's a box for you to type in your codes. (Or you can use a camera if you have one.) After typing in each code, click "Submit Code" to add it to your list. Finally, click "Collect All" to recieve your virtual cards.
Be aware that the app can only hold up to 10 codes in memory at once. If you have lots of codes, click "Collect All" after every 10 codes in order to not overwhelm the app.

Don't forget that you can also redeem codes through the TCG Live web site:
In the web site main menu select "TCG Live", then select "Redeem Code". Make sure you have login in the site with your game account to be able to enter the code by typing it or scan de QRCode using the cam and recive the the packs, etc. ingame.
