I thought about the possibility of Zygarde in its 1% form being the starter of Pokémon Legends Z-A, this detail is even a possibility of there being new forms for it and some of them being a mount in the game, what do you think, will it be a possibility Zygarde 1 % be the starter Pokémon in Pokémon Legends Z-A?

tempting but also might increase the mystery of Zygarde.

I don’t think they will give us a legendary for a starter but we could have access to zygarde earlier in the game

Having a Zygarde core or cell as a starter that can fight could be interesting and immediately spawns ideas for the story, although it might be a bit difficult to fit it in if the theory that Zygarde will attack those trying to destroy nature by building a huge city (Lumiose), and that's why there's a Z in the title despite the story being about building Lumiose city is true.
