I saw @UnovanZorua's answer first but I came up with reasoning on my own, there aren't any other split evolution lines with fairy and fighting, the sister becoming father and mother would make more sense if it was brother but it still checks out, and I searched up what the healing Pokemon was after figuring this out, which was obviously Ralts!
