    Is this confirmed by the actual Pokemon Company and Pokemon creators as they are the one that designed it right?

    the answer will always be No, you are just getting random answers from random people on the pokemon forums and they are no more valid than anyone else

    Well, you don't know that for sure. I ain't sure if **** is a official wiki resource but most of the colors tend to be pretty much wrong as they do look orange like Medicham or Sneasel line as well!
