What do you think is the worst place in the Pokémon world?
Whether it's bad in-universe or you just dislike it or it's just bad for other reasons. You can say routes and non-city locations.
I think Zapapico is a depressing town. All the other towns, even in Paldea, have something like a gym or other things like auctions (Cabo Poco is an early game town so it doesn't count). And then Zapapico is just a town in the rocky area. I guess it has one person who gives you the Charcadet armour in exchange for Pokémon items, and a battlefield you can never use. That's it. It's made even worse because you can barely talk to very few nameless NPCs in SV and can't break into people's houses, making it all feel lifeless and empty. It's bad even compared to the other Paldean cities, which aren't very good.

Adding onto all that, it could've been MUCH more interesting if there was just a story reason to go there instead of being completely optional and empty with no reason to exist. Maybe even a singular building you can enter. Maybe it could be a named, important character's hometown. Just anything.

Black City. It's a corrupt city where no one there is very nice at all

All the towns in SV were incredibly depressing and underdeveloped, I felt like. But I might have to agree with you that Zapacico might be the worst.

Lavender Town in the manga before Red and Blue stopped Koga. As Red called it "Leave 'em there Town"
