No. But they gave a list of platforms where you could watch the series and its movies.

@MajorBrendan The reason that they shut down Pokemon tv was so that they could make sure that nobody would watch the Pokemon Anime for free and make it so that you would have to pay hundreds of dollars to watch it all

The main reason why it's shut down because of the limit in availability in foreign languages when it comes to the US web video player.
