Problem logging in due to an error

While I was checking the game where the event(dragon festival),an message appeared on my screen saying that "i have to log in again because of some expiration" so I tried to did that,but after finishing logging in again a message appeared "error code 1-5-1202" I've think restarting the app but it didn't do anything,I also tried creating a guest account and link my pokemon trainer club in there however it says "this account connot be link" I tried many times restarting and searching for the internet for help,but no success.

Now I'm here if this is actually a game bug and if there other people also having the same problem as me…

    I need this to be fix immediately so I can finish the dragon full burst challenge and get the skin from that box bruh

    I also received the same error number and it doesn’t allow me to log in, please help
