    @UnovanZorua Home has a free plan tho? Ofc some features are locked behind a paid plan, but you can still do more than with Ranch

    Still, if you don't want to be limited to a singular box or you want to transfer your old Pokémon you need to pay. And just like the 3DS, the Switch will eventually shut down online, making it impossible to transfer Pokémon. Also, Ranch was definitely more interesting than Home. Home has nothing but a box, a few missions, and trading, and almost everything needs a mobile app to work, and you don't even have any other options to store Pokémon or transfer them, just a singular one that will inevitably shut down in a few years.
