What is Pokemon Legends Z-A about ?
It can be about former king of Kalos region and also mysteries of AZ's floette and the war of ancient Kalos that took place somewhat 3000 years back.
It's somewhat shown in X and Y game little bit in a story clip manner .

I doubt it's specifically about the war. Its probably a bit over 100 years ago or in the future, judging by the trailer. It's already been stated in official media that it's about the redevelopment of Lumiose city, but there are probably more plot points and things in the game.

I still think the game will be set in the future, both because the trailer has a futuristic feel and also, because the game takes place entirely in Lumiose City, I think we'll explore a New Lumiose City where people and Pokémon coexist together side by side , in addition to this possible Nova Lumiose City also being a city where the urban part and the natural part coexist together in a city, taking into account that Zygarde is the balance Pokémon and protective Pokémon of the ecosystem as well, I think it is likely that the game will revolve around around this in addition to revolving around Zygarde and the balance of the ecosystem, and in addition to Lumiose City being renewed.

The teaser trailer did mention about the Lumiose City redevelopment plan so I would suspect that Legends Z-A will take place in the late 19th century to early 20th century style Kalos where Steam engine is the mode for transportation and power.

I think that since it’s called a redevelopment plan there will be the story of Kalos and the rebuilding of lumiose city

Well, all we know is that it involves the construction of Lumiose City. We'll probably have to wait for the August Direct to get our first look at the starters and protagonist.

PStopping to think, it could be in the past too, in this steam engine part, who knows, maybe we'll come back during the reconstruction period through Hoopa to recreate the city in a different way.

based on the trailer. More like early 20th century to 19th century era Kalos. I hope no time traveling will be involved in this one. Something tells me that the story involves more than just the redevelopment of Lumiose city.
