Why didn't the Horizons anime get any movies? Are the Pokémon anime movies series dead yet?

Hey, I knew that Sun and Moon and Journeys anime of Pokémon didn't get any based movies, the movies were not based on those anime series, but were alternate continuity movies from those series? Ever since Secrets of the Jungle, there hadn't been any plans for the Pokémon movies for ever since 4 years ago in Japan, while Horizons anime series had never received any of the based movies, now I wonder why you think? And if you think that the Pokémon anime movie series are dead yet or still on hiatus? Please let me know? Thanks.

there’s no new mythical Pokémon to make the movie off of (why are we only getting one per region now we are not in gen 2 anymore)

I knew the Pecharunt has been a Generation IX Mythical Pokémon. So do you think that the writers will make the movie off of Pecharunt?

For starters, Horizons have become disappointing that a movie for Horizons will incur a whole lot more anger from Ash Fans especially the ones who want to see his return.

We haven't seen a Pokémon Movie since Pokémon the Movie: Secrets of the Jungle originally released in Japan on December 25, 2020, it's been four years. It safe to say, that OLM (the studio behind the anime) aren't making any movies for a long time.

@Istiyaq Most likely OLM is in the middle of reorganizing itself unless if has another studio to work alongside with just like what happened with Wit Studio.
