Hmm, that's a good question. You should post something about this, suggesting this to the game developers for a future update of the game. I would love to trade in the game.

This same question has been asked multiple times in the past and it's always gotten the same response.
And the answer is no. There's no point in introducing a trading function when the current credit system can give you the cards you need and Tier 1/Tier 2 decks are given to you on a silver platter. And even if it was brought back it'd fall into the same problems that Online's trading system got into.

No. Most TCG online clients have scrapped this feature.
Trading enables players greater freedom in acquiring cards they need from other players, converting cards they don't want into cards they do (and other things) and even allows them to "cash out" or give away cards when they decide to leave the game.
It is beneficial to the customer.
So of course they shut that down.
Now the only source of cards is either playing the app or buying packs.
