Notice at loading screen

Why do players need to manually close the notice pop-up so that the loading screen can continue? It's extremely tedious!! The dev team should consider to not make the notice pop-up prevent screen loading, as well as create a button for 'not showing this notice again' as well.

Great point. And if I walk away from my computer while the game is loading & the pop-up notice appears, my computer massively heats up until I close the pop-up.
