Where is Kitakami?

im trying to make a map of the pokemon world where do i put kitakami

    It's implied that it's between Johto and Sinnoh iirc.

    Based on the map, It feels like between Kanto and Sinnoh regions.

    I spent a lot of time trying to figure out where Kitakami is. I'm not even sure that it's its own region. My best guess is that it's near Johto.

    Kitakami appears to be based on the Tōhoku region of Japan - which would put it between Kanto and Sinnoh.
