Why is Zhula naming all decks cringe?

Why do the mods aprove him anymore? And why is Zhula doing this?

    Some people aren’t nice. That’s probably why Zhula does that. The mods have a lot on their plate I think, so Zhula’s report levels may not have reached the threshold of a ban.
