Charizard ex decks

So why was a kingdra I had removed from standered play but then you got charizard ex who can be set up instantly and in 2 turns before you can even get anything set up? Just had a match where I was able to play one energy before a person was got charizard ex on the board and instantly knocking out every single pokemon I had

plus it’s got 330 so it can’t just be killed easily while doing 180 as soon as it’s played cause of its ability

that’s just how Zard plays, maybe play a deck that counters it.

Either play your own Zard, or stick with the meta and hope to win. it's just a good deck.

Cards are rotated based on age/regulation mark. How powerful they are isn't a factor. These aren't bans.
