Gyarados Bug

Some times when evolving into Gyarados, I keep Magikarps basic attacks. It only seems to happen some times when I pick Aqua Tail and Waterfall. My basic attacks will not charge up every third attack, and it will go slow, just like Magikarps attack.

    Dragon breath attack speed boost isn't working in objectives either

    If your attack speed is locked, the only way to fix it is to use dragon breath. After the boost, its attack speed will return to normal. Dragon Breath only seems to work on enemies that are able to be paralyzed. If the paralysis effect is not applied, attack speed will not be increased.
