Gen 10 Region Location

I imagine a region based somewhere in North America, it would even be cool to have a region based somewhere in the United States and Canada, the name, I can't say, possibly Toron region, now, about the initials, starting with the grass type, I imagine a very cute grass dog, the fire type, could be a very cute fire bear, and the water type, kind of like a fish that resembles a very cute dolphin and whale, the history of the region could involve this connection of dreams in the Pokémon World, the legendary ones, could be one that has access to dreams and the world of dreams, and an enlightened Pokémon that brings more light, and another, could be a Pokémon more of nightmares and a Pokémon that brings this part of darkness , the mechanics could be based on the Light Pokémon and Dark Pokémon cards from Pokémon TCG: Neo Destiny, and we could have a city in the same footprint as Castelia City, Lumiose City, Motostoke, Mesagoza and Levincia where it is a more technologically advanced city in the region , and some simpler and more comfortable cities like Icirrus Town, Cianwood Town, Mossui Town and even Camphrier Town, but these are my ideas and theories for a gen 10 region.
